During the exhibition’s operating period, you can exchange your admission QR code before entering the venue and present the admission QR code at entrance to enter.

The following are the exhibition details.

Exhibition Dates: September 23, 2025 to January 12, 2026

Exhibition Hours: 10:00 – 21:30

Location: Anime 11, 9/F, Grandbuy Department Store (Beijing Road), 295 Beijing Road, Yuexiu District,Guangzhou

Note: Last entry is at 21:00 daily. Suggested viewing time: 45 minutes.

Redemption Guideline

Step 1: Please scan the following QR code with WeChat to enter the Maoyan mini-program.

Step 2: After entering the Maoyan mini-program, click “Buy Tickets Now”.

Step 3: Select the visit date and ticket category you wish to attend. The ticket category must be “Adult Ticket (Ages 13-64),” and you must select 1 ticket. Then click “Confirm.”

Step 4: Select “Coupon/Promo Code”. Enter the redemption code you have, then click “Add”.

Step 5: After the redemption code becomes active, ensure the settlement amount is zero. Click “Confirm Payment,” and a payment success page will appear. Click “View Order,” and an admission QR code will be generated. Please present this QR code at the exhibition entrance on the 9th floor of Grandbuy Department Store (Beijing Road) to enter.

Opening Hours: 10:00 AM – 9:30 PM (Last entry: 9:00 PM)
After completing your purchase and confirming payment, you will receive a ticket redemption code and instructions (attached to the order confirmation email). After receiving the redemption code, you must follow the instructions to redeem it for an admission QR code via the designated link. You can then queue at the 9th floor exhibition entrance to exchange your QR code for an admission wristband.
Children 3 years and under are free; children 4 years and older must have a ticket and be accompanied by a parent. Parents accompanying children also need to present the admission QR code.
Due to market fluctuations, force majeure, or other objective reasons, performances may be changed or cancelled. Customers may enter on another date during the exhibition period. Refunds are not available.
If the number of visitors exceeds the exhibition hall’s capacity, management reserves the right to require ticket holders to queue for entry.
Exhibition information will be announced on the Anime 11 WeChat official account.
Eating and drinking are prohibited within the exhibition hall.
Prohibited Items: To ensure safety and copyright protection, sharp objects, food, beverages, professional recording equipment, lighters, etc. are prohibited at the exhibition site. Please comply with on-site staff and announcements.
