- Experience 11 is not responsible for processing refunds, handling disputes or addressing issues related to any products/events provided/organized by third-party merchants/organizers. Purchasers shall contact the relevant merchant/organizer directly for any enquiries/customer services related to such products/tickets.
- In any event, to the fullest permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of Experience 11 (if any) under or in relation to these Terms and Conditions and this website, however caused, is limited to the amount of the price of the purchased products.
- Experience 11 has the right to interpret these Terms and Conditions. In case of disputes, the decision of Experience 11 will be final and binding on all parties concerned.
- Experience 11 has the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice.
- The Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions are for reference only. In case of discrepancies between the provisions of the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
